Job Description

Job Scope:
-Identify and evaluate prospective clients, to generate new business for the company
-Development of new opportunities across the full suite
-Develop strategies to promote, maintain and enhance Momentum's reputation in the marketplace
-Facilitate and execute client proposals including all aspects of service delivery
-Achievement of revenue targets and budgets
-Meeting set KPI's and targets
-Full recruitment through to post placement management
-To be successful in this role you will be a resilient, engaging and dynamic individual, with experience in sales & recruitment. You will have strong market exposure and an innovative and persuasive nature.
Key Responsibility Area:
-Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for requirements
-Maintaining accurate records including various spread sheets
-Source suitable applicants for applicable roles
-Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the pre decided timelines
-Interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates
-Searching, establishing contacts and managing relations with Management and Colleges for Campus Recruitment.
-Client relationship management/ key account management & business development
-Tapping clients through cold calling , internet search , LinkedIn and various sources
-Pre-established selection criteria and the organizations recruitment policies
-Arrange and manage walk-in and interview schedules in different locations.
-Manage relations with the company’s and the selected candidates till they are on board.
Preferred Skills:
-Minimum 2 years experience in a Similar Recruitment role
-Proven rapport building and relationship skills within the recruitment industry or similar
-Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
-Candidate must be aggressive, self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Must be an independent worker

Salary 1 Lac 25 Thousand To 2 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
