What is a Boot Camp?

People Ply Learning delivers few of its courses in a boot camp style.

What does this mean to you?
  • A military training camp for new recruits, with very harsh discipline?
  • Or you will have someone screaming at you in army voice?

The courses in a Boot Camp are designed to aid in accelerated learning, it’s not just sitting in a traditional class room and listening to the lectures, but it’s a combination of Classes, Lab and Activity’s like team building, Group Discussions, Leadership activities etc

In these types of boot camp courses, you will have a two way and a group interaction with your coach as well as with your team members. You will be divided into teams and will be team leaders, this will not only improve your LEADERSHIP qualities but you will also be able to SPEAK OUT and communicate better.

Class + Lab + Activity = Boot Camp

All of our courses start early morning, from 8:00am and run till 8:00pm, you have the option of going back into the lab for extending training. We find that the vast majority of students attend the optional nightly exercises. The next day it starts all over again, bright and early at 8:00am. It makes for an exciting and productive week of training. We also incorporate Team Building activities, Role Plays etc which will make learning fun and interesting. This is what People Ply Learning means by “boot camp”. It is a fun, exciting, and more importantly, the most effective way of learning rapidly.
